Integrations with third-party services are governed by their own terms, and Pennylitics is not responsible for those services.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PENNYLITICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pennylitics from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your data, or violations of these Terms.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms and will post updates by changing the effective date. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pennylitics is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
